Raphael Dudler (the Provider) is responsible for the offerings on the website usa.country.

1. OFFER
The offer consists exclusively of artworks from the Deal # series (products) by Swiss conceptual artist W. T. Falscher, which can be purchased individually by any interested party from the website https://usa.country/shop/.

2. DELIVERY / TRANSFER
Artworks are handed over to Swiss Post for worldwide shipping within 12 hours of receipt of payment.

3. PAYMENT
The general principle is delivery against payment.
All payments are made by bank transfer or by credit/debit card via Stripe. Buyers will receive the bank details for the bank transfer in the confirmation email after purchase.

4. RETURNS
No returns or refunds for purchased works are possible.

All other matters are governed by the Swiss Code of Obligations. The place of jurisdiction is the canton of residence of the seller, Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland.
